Refund policy
1. Returns
1.1. While Sancrorox (PTY) LTD T/A TTOTM aims to accommodate users and retailers, our Returns Policy adheres strictly to the Consumer Protection Act of 2008 (CPA).
1.2. Due to the nature of our product, Sancrorox (PTY) LTD T/A TTOTM does not accept returns or exchanges. Swimwear, underwear, and lingerie cannot be returned for reasons of public health. Section 20(3)(a) of the Consumer Protection Act of 2008.
1.3. Returns for buyer’s remorse as contemplated in 1.4 may be considered only if the courier bag remains sealed as shipped.
1.4. Upon delivery, consumers must inspect goods and notify Sancrorox (PTY) LTD T/A TTOTM in writing within 24 hours of material defects, damages, or incorrect items.
1.5. For damaged items, the unused item in original packaging must be returned within 15 calendar days. Sancrorox (PTY) LTD T/A TTOTM will inspect and decide on a replacement or store credit, minus shipping, communicated in writing.
1.6. We reserve the right to charge a 35% administration and restocking fee for buyer’s remorse or cancelled orders.
2. Where goods have been incorrectly supplied.
2.1. An example of this is where a user orders goods and receives goods that are materially different from what was ordered.
2.2. Sancrorox (PTY) LTD T/A TTOTM will then have the incorrect goods collected and the correct goods delivered at no charge to the consumer.
3. Where the goods sold are materially defective.
3.1. "Materially defective" means damaged to such an extent that the item is totally beyond repair. A factory fault means that the item can under no circumstances be repaired. Materially defective here excludes minor miss-stitching, scratches, dents, marks, or defects which do not affect the usage or enjoyment of the goods."
3.2. Sancrorox (PTY) LTD T/A TTOTM reserves the right to inspect the goods once they have been returned before offering the consumer recourse. This recourse may include either a store credit to the value of the goods or a replacement of the goods.
3.3. Sancrorox (PTY) LTD T/A TTOTM offers unique size charts with every product to ensure that our customers order the correct sizes.
3.4. We urge you to utilize the size chart provided and compare it to your own body measurements to ensure you choose the correct size.
3.5. We will not be held responsible for incorrect sizes ordered. If you order the incorrect size and would like a different size, you will need to place a new order on our online store for the correct size.
3.6. Gift cards, sale items, clearance items, and discounted items are not eligible for a refund.
3.7. All refunds will remain at the discretion of Sancrorox (PTY) LTD T/A TTOTM.
4. Return Not Accepted
The Consumer Protection Act 2008 (CPA) excludes "buyer's remorse," where consumers change their minds after purchase. Sancrorox (PTY) LTD T/A TTOTM reserves the right to reject returns in the following circumstances:
4.1. Goods damaged due to ordinary wear and tear or used in the ordinary course.
4.2. Goods purchased from other retailers.
4.3. Goods wilfully damaged or damaged by gross negligence of the consumer or retailer.
4.4. Goods damaged by force majeure or acts of God (e.g., inclement weather, natural disasters).
4.4.1. Goods falling under the following categories:
4.4.2. Underwear, sleepwear, lingerie, and swimwear.
4.4.3. Personalized, custom-made, or incorrectly ordered sizes or colours.
4.4.4. Specifically ordered items not in ordinary stock (e.g., all imported items).
4.4.5. Items posing health or safety hazards if returned.
4.5. Sancrorox (PTY) LTD T/A TTOTM reserves the right to hold consumers liable for delivery charges in these circumstances.
5. Exceptions for Returns
5.1. Incorrectly supplied goods (materially different from what was ordered) will be exchanged at no charge.
6. Refund Policy
6.1. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days from acceptance and validation of return.
6.2. Refunds will be made into the original payment method.
6.3. Refunds will be processed less shipping fees if incurred by Sancrorox (PTY) LTD T/A TTOTM.
6.4. Returns applicable only to customers within South Africa.
6.5. If store credit is requested and the order value drops below the free shipping threshold, store credit issued will deduct the applicable shipping fee.
6.6. Customers will be responsible for all transport charges if the item was not purchased from Sancrorox (PTY) LTD T/A TTOTM.
